ReVision is a new-ish LS, created by former endgame LS players who still enjoy FFXI, but wanted something a bit more out of it that was no longer available on Bahamut. As many know, the population of the server has dropped dramatically, and this has had a very negative impact on what players find themselves capable of doing without resorting to shouting and pugs.

We'd like to create an environment that can offer a bit more than that.

Our early goals are to focus on current "normal" and "difficult" content, and working our way forward to "very difficult" runs, and back to other events such as ADL, Delve, and possibly Legion.

Our current plans going forward are to offer an instant payout system for all who attend. What this means is that, should you attend a LS ran AA fight, any mats and/or gear that are sold from that fight will be paid out to you ASAP. Whether this is catching you online at the next earliest convienance, mailing it out piece by piece, etc. We don't harbor any ill will towards bank systems, but we feel offering immediate payouts will help make everything a bit more fair, rather than having some players feel like they're participating and not getting their share. To be square, this means that generally, any and all valuable sellable materials and drops from fights are sold, rather than lotted out. We're generally open to selling at a discount to members, although this is open for discussion among the people who attended the event.

As far as equipment drops are concerned, anything that's a R/Ex item will either be free lotted out if their monetary value is nil (or Ex), or sold and split among participating members should we have a merc buyer attending. Prior to the event, all participating members will be made aware of the merc's participation.

If such a LS sounds like something that would be up your alley, then by all means apply and let us know that you're interested. As of right now, applications are tight, as we're typically over filled many times over for the variety of 6 man events that SE has added, and DMs are typically full with multiple people sidelined unfortunately. We do occasionally do alliance Delve in order to get a bulk of people clears, however, we're in the process of winding this down. Applications are open, but please don't expect to get in just due to apping. We've an open mind for many different time zones, and while events may not be scheduled for such odd hours as 4 AM EST, we do have active members at that time, and should we expand our member base for such times, scheduled events may not be out of the question.

Please also keep in mind that a certain degree of "skill" is required to remain within the LS. We try not to judge on gear alone, as some jobs may not be optimized, or just aren't a priority to you. However, being unaware of how to correctly play a job, correctly equip yourself, common tactics, etc, will not be tolerated. It's fine (and encouraged!) to learn new things, but we expect a certain degree of knowledge prior to your interest in joining.
